Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform survey office production work under management guidance in a production role.
  • •Produce survey plans and other deliverables, including preparing setup files for field crews.
  • •Conduct research, compile and process/review survey data, and make initial boundary placement/control adjustments for management and PLS approval.
  • •Provide guidance to field staff when needed and represent WSP professionally with clients via email, phone, or meetings.
  • •Use drafting, survey data processing, project tracking, and Microsoft Office tools daily; perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED required (ideal candidates have higher education in land surveying or a related field).
  • •7+ years of land surveying/geospatial experience (or 5+ years with a degree in land surveying).
  • •Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, Bentley OpenRoads, and/or Leica Infinity.
  • •Experience in boundary research, reviewing title reports, compiling records, and making initial boundary determinations.
  • •Ability to prepare legal descriptions, review/process survey data and survey control, and work independently or with a team; must have a valid state driver’s license and pass Motor Vehicle screening.
