Job Summary

Lead treasury and capital strategy, managing capital, liquidity and funding, asset-liability management, and the investment portfolio. Oversee liquidity metrics, LCR calculations, capital planning forecasts, and board-approved capital actions, while coordinating ALCO and related governance. Drive interest rate risk, FX exposure, derivatives, and hedging activities, providing strategic financial analysis and reporting to ALCO and the Finance & Investments Committee.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute strategies for capital management, liquidity and funding, asset-liability management, and the investment portfolio.
•Oversee liquidity metrics, operational cash buffer review, and LCR calculations, ensuring Board and regulatory compliance.
•Coordinate approvals for Asset Liability Management, Contingency Funding Plan, Capital Management Policies, and ALCO Charter with internal stakeholders and the Board.
•Manage interest rate risk, capital and liquidity forecasts, and support loan and deposit pricing.
•Provide periodic and ad-hoc reporting and strategic recommendations to ALCO and the Finance & Investments Committee, including analytics and stress testing.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of related experience in Finance (GL management, public reporting, analysis), Accounting, or similar field.
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
•Previous leadership experience required.
•Expert knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, and industry standards for capital and liquidity.
•Expert experience in asset/liability and financial risk management with balance sheet modeling in a U.S. regulated commercial/investment banking or consumer credit environment.
