•Build and operate systems for Venmo’s chaos engineering and business continuity efforts to withstand and recover from failure scenarios.
•Deliver complete solutions across all phases of the SDLC, applying technical best practices with minimal supervision.
•Make technical decisions impacting multiple teams and establish conventions and processes for others to follow.
•Handle multiple, multi-team initiatives at once, prioritizing among many issues using judgment.
•Partner with product management to ideate solutions to business problems and goals.

•Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical audiences.
