Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Project Managers with financial administration of supervision contracts.
  • •Check contractors’ payment applications and verify claimed amounts against supplier invoices and measurement records.
  • •Review quantities executed against drawings, measurement sheets, and invoices; identify discrepancies.
  • •Discuss and agree rates for new work items not covered in the Bill of Quantities and submit to the Project Manager.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports and support handover deliverables (as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranty certificates) and snag lists.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
  • •3+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning industry.
  • •3+ years of experience in the Engineering Services industry, particularly in a quantity surveying role.
  • •Familiarity with FIDIC Clauses.
  • •Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.
