Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee delivery of statutory reports to regulators within the Americas and support statutory audits.
  • •Oversee financial statement preparation and audits for various Americas entities (including US, Canada, Mexico) and review adjustments for statutory reporting requirements.
  • •Develop and document processes and controls for settlement currency changes, and for customers that interchangeably act as Originating Institutions (OIs) and Receiving Institutions (RIs).
  • •Create and maintain reconciliation processes for TFC to Oracle for accounts receivable and RI payable accounts, including validation/roll-forward controls.
  • •Review and validate revenue entries from TFC and define requirements/specifications for automating and interfacing TFC and Oracle for revenue, non-cash adjusting, cash, and FX conversion entries.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or BA in Business Administration, or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related fields, with a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent local designation.
  • •Proficiency with accounting and finance systems/software applications including Excel, Hyperion, and Oracle.
  • •Strong knowledge of Internal Control concepts; internal audit experience is a plus.
  • •Demonstrated capability to drive continual process improvements by challenging and improving existing processes.
  • •Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines and work across multi-disciplinary teams.
