Visual Manager - Bondi Junction

Lead in-store visual and product strategy as part of the store leadership team, ensuring the store is customer-ready at all times. Oversee visual and operational processes, uphold strong salesfloor standards using business performance data, and drive strategic merchandising by managing product recovery and stock changes. Plan and execute visual floor changes with budget, timelines, and payroll considerations, while leading and coaching the Visual team and partnering with the General Manager on reporting and planning.
