Senior Business Analyst

Support cluster strategy execution through business planning and commercialization of asset development and infrastructure assets. Handle valuation and pricing for land and Build to Suit proposals, and analyze long-range financial forecasts and 5–10 year business plans. Prepare and present financial progress reports, forecasts, and plans to senior management on a monthly basis, coordinate and challenge budgeting against strategy and KPI targets, and monitor the ERP system with enhancement recommendations.
