•Define, track, and present KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV, incrementality) with clear actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
•Lead agency and platform relationships (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, affiliates) to maximize efficiency and accelerate innovation.
•Translate segmentation data into channel-level tactics and personalized journeys; partner with brand communications to ensure campaign consistency end to end.
•Own CRM and CDP programs, manage test-and-learn initiatives (A/B and multivariate tests), build dashboards for real-time results, and optimize digital media budgets with Finance.
