Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
  • •Open and maintain deposit and investment products (consumer/business checking and savings, IRAs, CDs) and credit cards.
  • •Hold financial conversations to determine client needs and process new consumer loan requests; may also engage in small business loan requests.
