Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain project-related business transactions in the general ledger in full compliance with IFRS, local reporting standards, and Masdar financial policies and procedures.
  • •Prepare cash flow forecasts, managerial financial reports, financial analyses, and budgets on a periodic basis for stakeholders.
  • •Review accounts payable and accounts receivable work and reports to ensure compliance with Masdar requirements and SLAs.
  • •Ensure tax reporting and payments comply with applicable laws and advise decision-makers on tax consequences of business decisions.
  • •Reconcile and correctly categorize bank deposits, including identifying deposit vs. short/long-term restricted cash.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or economics.
  • •Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, or similar).
  • •At least 8 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or audit in infrastructure projects, construction companies, or Big 4 firms.
  • •Experience in project finance.
  • •Ability to maintain GL and accounting information in compliance with IFRS and local reporting standards.
