Key Responsibilities

  • •Compute and enter daily/weekly deposits (title checks).
  • •Verify and enter loan purchases for portfolio and secondary market.
  • •Manage first payments due to Prosperity Bank.
  • •Process A/P for the mortgage department and manage related expense reports/submissions.
  • •Perform mortgage GL reconciliations and compute commissions/bonuses for LO’s.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED plus 2-year degree preferred.
  • •2+ years mortgage accounting experience preferred.
  • •Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate accounting and reconciliations.
  • •Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.
  • •Well organized with the ability to maintain an effective and efficient workflow.
