Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead legal operations initiatives including contract lifecycle management, matter management, outside counsel guidelines, budgeting/spend tracking, and legal tech tools (CLM, e-billing, workflow automation).
  • •Identify, implement, and optimize AI-driven and other legal technology to streamline workflows and automate routine tasks.
  • •Oversee preparation and filing of annual reports and foreign qualifications for Xometry and its subsidiaries across multiple US states.
  • •Manage or assist with domestic subsidiary matters including formation, dissolution, conversion, drafting governance documents, and maintaining minute books.
  • •Draft, update, and maintain legal and regulatory compliance policies; monitor and audit compliance activities and support related investigations and teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • •At least 5-7+ years of paralegal or compliance experience, including at least 3 years in a corporate environment.
