Job Summary

Lead the Social Content group within EMEA Social & Influencer, embedded across the UK, France, and Germany. Own the planning layer between social strategy and execution, setting quality and performance benchmarks for always-on, influencer, and campaign activity. Partner with social strategy and global social teams to translate briefs into culturally relevant content, manage agencies and budgets, drive adoption of AI in social operations, and deliver reporting through weekly updates and quarterly business reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Set the standard for quality, consistency, and effectiveness across all social output.
•Build EMEA and market-level content planning processes and translate audience strategy into annual, quarterly, and campaign plans for UK, France, and Germany.
•Coordinate planning and delivery for major campaigns and events, and drive adoption of AI across social tools and operations.
•Serve as senior lead for agency coordination, performance optimisation, and day-to-day operations.
•Own and evolve the end-to-end EMEA social operating model (roles, decision rights, workflows, issue paths) and manage weekly updates and quarterly business reviews.

Key Requirements

•Experienced social content professional with in-house and/or agency background.
•Strong technology or creative industry knowledge.
•Exceptional organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
•Experience delivering large-scale campaigns and managing agency teams.
•Strong collaborator management skills, including with senior leadership, plus an analytical approach to measurement.
