Key Responsibilities

  • •Take accountability for the apparel development management process for assigned products, ensuring integrity and timely completion per the corporate operating calendar.
  • •Manage fit approval, size specification, fitting meetings, and decisions on workmanship and construction.
  • •Analyze designs for manufacturability and production/material properties, addressing function and market appeal.
  • •Manage handover of complete design packs to Tier 1 (T1) and guide/consult on manufacturing efficiency suggestions; manage T1 comments.
  • •Coordinate costing validation/approvals, testing of fabrics/trims/colors/processes and development samples, and manage quality/process escalations as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in clothing technology or manufacturing, or a technical degree as an apparel technician.
  • •Alternatively, a combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
  • •First practical experience through internships or work experience.
  • •Basic knowledge of garment construction and related wear/physical product testing.
  • •Strong IT skills (MS Office) and ability to work with Product Data Management Systems.
