Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and run AI system evaluations by defining accuracy targets, building the harness, driving to target, and evidencing results.
  • •Set and maintain governance, risk, security guardrails before build, embedding controls and human-in-the-loop review with a post-release feedback loop.
  • •Establish evidence and release gating criteria for prototype-to-production transitions and ensure regulatory/privacy positions for the engagement.
  • •Design adoption and change approaches to build confidence through transparency, education, and outcomes; support human-agent interaction that fits how people work.
  • •Lead enablement and track post go-live uptake and user confidence using active usage, while contributing reusable trust, evaluation, guardrail, governance, and adoption assets to an APAC library.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years across AI governance, model risk, security, responsible AI, or large-scale technology change and adoption.
  • •Strength in two of: AI governance, model risk, security, responsible AI, or large-scale technology change/adoption, with a path into the third.
  • •Hands-on evaluation experience with generative or agentic systems (preferred over policy-only background).
  • •Working knowledge of the APAC regulatory environment relevant to the market.
  • •Ability to build trust with sceptical stakeholders and make evidence-based decisions.
