Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor junior to senior structures staff, providing direction, motivation, feedback, and coaching.
  • •Technically lead project aspects and support Project Managers and technical teams to deliver within scope, budget, timeframe, and quality standards.
  • •Perform design and drawing reviews and conduct technical quality reviews, serving as lead verifier for the technical approach.
  • •Coordinate structural teams and ensure fully coordinated, gap-free design deliverables with other disciplines, supporting construction supervision teams as needed.
  • •Drive client relationship and business development activities, including scope-of-work development, bid/proposal technical support, and market sector intelligence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and qualification as a Structural Engineer.
