Key Responsibilities

  • •Device lifecycle management: assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping.
  • •Office IT support: provide on-hand support to our colleagues in our London office.
  • •AV support: ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably.
  • •End-user support: handle inbound support requests and be a friendly first point of contact for the team.
  • •Onboarding: run IT onboarding calls for new joiners
