Key Responsibilities

•Drive the identification and design of solutions to meet evolving business needs across Retail Banking Group initiatives.
•Ensure architectural governance and adherence to Enterprise Architecture standards throughout the solution and software lifecycle.
•Review and support engineering teams in building robust, scalable products and platforms, fostering API and microservices adoption for external partner integrations and internal modular service orchestration.
•Promote reusability and extensibility across retail platforms to accelerate product delivery while overseeing modernization initiatives.
•Guide development teams in implementing security architectures and non‑functional requirements (performance, availability, scalability) across customer‑facing applications and across agile and waterfall delivery models.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of application development experience, including 5+ years in Solution Architecture; strong knowledge of banking technology with at least 5+ years in solutioning banking applications
