Job Summary

Lead the Store Clienteling product vision and roadmap to align with Sephora’s omnicanal, CRM and retail strategy. Drive end-to-end product initiatives across markets, leveraging user insights, data and trends in retail to maximize adoption, engagement and omnicanal impact while collaborating with Design, Analytics, Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and carry the Store Clienteling product vision consistent with Sephora’s omnicanal, CRM and retail strategy.
•Build and manage the product roadmap, incorporating business needs, user requirements, operational constraints and market priorities.
•Identify value creation opportunities through analysis of usage, field feedback, data and retail/customer insights.
•End-to-end product initiatives from framing to deployment and performance monitoring.
•Coordinate product priority decisions with Business Owners, Retail, CRM, Operations, Training and Tech.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in business, engineering or equivalent.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management or equivalent, preferably in retail/omnichannel/digital-in-store.
•Proven track record of delivering digital products with high business impact across multiple countries.
•Fluent in English (written and spoken); strong understanding of retail, CRM, omnichannel and in-store usage.
•Strong data-driven decision making, analytical skills and ability to prioritize with stakeholders; leadership to guide multidisciplinary teams.
