Job Summary

Develop and deploy AI features for the product, building tools and frameworks to augment LLM/VLM capabilities, fine-tuning models, and guiding internal teams on custom datasets. Key Responsibilities

•Implement new AI features in products and build tools/frameworks augmenting LLM/VLM capabilities
•Fine-tune AI models and maintain them with HuggingFace toolkit; monitor performance
•Work with internal teams on building custom datasets and R&D, turning concepts into MVPs and production
•Rapidly test AI-driven concepts and evaluate existing solutions for improvements
•Guide and collaborate with small teams to drive ownership and high-quality AI outcomes

Key Requirements

•Strong software engineering background with Python; Rust is a nice-to-have
•2–5 years in AI/ML space, at least 2 years with language models
•Experience with parameter-efficient fine-tuning
•Knowledge of AI ecosystem tools (ML frameworks, HuggingFace, MLOps, Guardrails, AI Agents)
•Understanding of neural networks and Transformer architecture
