Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the first point of contact for service-center customers and coordinate a premium customer experience from initial interaction through handover.
  • •Interview customers and perform vehicle walk-arounds to accurately document concerns, explain service options and timing, and keep customers informed throughout repairs.
  • •Diagnose, repair, and maintain Lucid battery-electric vehicles to quality and safety standards, supporting complex cases involving high-voltage and vehicle system integration where qualified.
  • •Support technicians and service advisors by coordinating appropriate repair actions and resolving service issues while strictly following safety procedures.
  • •Manage parts and inventory by ordering/supplying parts and work materials, maintaining inventory control, processing parts orders, and accurately documenting activity in internal digital systems/DMS platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete vocational training in an automotive, service, logistics, warehouse, or technical field (e.g., Kfz-Mechatroniker, Automobilkaufmann/-frau, Serviceberater im Autohaus, Fachkraft fuer Lagerlogistik) or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •3+ years of experience in automotive service center, dealership, workshop, customer support, parts, logistics, or technical repair environments.
  • •Strong customer service skills with clear written and verbal communication in German and English.
  • •Solid technical understanding of vehicle systems and willingness to deepen knowledge of battery-electric vehicles and Lucid-specific systems.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary Dealer Management System (DMS) and internal digital tools. Valid Class B driver license required; forklift license required if handling full parts/warehouse responsibilities.
