Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and extend the analytical agent harness (goals, context, instructions, tools, validation checks, escalation paths).
  • •Design end-to-end workflows from data retrieval and SQL generation through validation, narrative, and visualization.
  • •Maintain correctness in production by building the knowledge layer, validating against trusted sources, and using evaluation suites and release gates.
  • •Develop and enhance Python services, Node.js APIs, and React/TypeScript interfaces, including observable, testable, maintainable stateful workflows.
  • •Integrate with platform and security controls (access control, logging, rate-limiting, error handling) and ensure responsible AI practices; gather requirements and translate them into software and test cases.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •3–6 years building analytical applications, data workflows, or AI-powered products.
  • •Strong production Python and SQL experience (testing, logging, debugging).
  • •Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications (instruction design, tool calling, structured outputs, context management, handling failures/hallucinations).
  • •JavaScript or TypeScript literacy to read/debug and make scoped changes across APIs and web interfaces; plus software engineering fundamentals (Git, code review, unit/integration testing, REST APIs, relational databases like PostgreSQL).
