Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through leading, coaching, and managing teams.
  • •Drive branch business development and revenue growth through small business development, new client strategies, and client engagement routines.
  • •Promote the Truist Purpose, Mission, and Values while building a positive public image through community involvement and branch branding.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and required training completion; partner with IRM and operations teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
  • •Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise (or equivalent experience/performance).
  • •One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
  • •Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, and prioritization skills, with strong written and verbal communication.
  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS background check; ability to inspire, lead, and coach others.
