Key Responsibilities

•Design and optimize end-to-end workflows and capabilities across R&D using service design methodologies.
•Translate business needs into integrated solutions across people, process, and technology while aligning with transformation strategy and goals.
•Create service blueprints, journey maps, and other design artifacts grounded in user research and iterative feedback.
•Lead, coordinate, or support programs and projects from concept to implementation, using Agile/hybrid methodologies.
•Orchestrate cross-functional teams for rollout and adoption, driving change management and influencing stakeholders while managing resistance.

Key Requirements

•6+ years experience in service/solution design, program management, or transformation roles.
•Proven ability to deliver end-to-end solutions across people, process, and technology.
•Experience working in cross-functional, complex environments.
•Strong systems thinking with capability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
•Solid understanding of service design and/or design thinking methodologies, plus program/project management frameworks (Agile, hybrid, or traditional) and change management principles.
