Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary credit point of contact for borrowers and maintain ongoing relationship engagement.
  • •Review and interpret loan agreements, guarantees, and other credit documentation.
  • •Review, approve, and process loan advance requests in collaboration with the Loan Servicing team.
  • •Monitor loan performance and covenant/reporting compliance, identifying risk rating changes and recommending actions.
  • •Prepare quarterly risk reviews and portfolio assessments, and evaluate borrower requests (amendments, waivers, term extensions) with summary credit memoranda.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field, and/or 5+ years of relevant lending or portfolio management experience.
  • •5+ years of relevant lending or portfolio management experience, with preference for real estate lending and construction/bridge experience.
  • •Strong commercial lending knowledge, including cash flow analysis, financial analysis, and loan structuring.
  • •Knowledge of bank credit policies, portfolio management practices, and risk management standards.
  • •Ability to interpret complex loan documentation and collateral perfection requirements, with strong analytical communication skills.
