Key Responsibilities

•Triage issues with direction from Dell support.
•Execute an action plan from Dell Domain Engineer/L3 while communicating via Teams, email, and phone.
•Document POA results, logs, and service reports (including part numbers/PPID) to Dell via case email.
•Reseat parts, swap or replace parts, and upgrade firmware as needed.
•Run server testing and validation by executing diagnostics and capturing/uploading logs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 72,000 - 93,500 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience plus an Associate's degree in a technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
•Experience delivering technical Field Services supporting hardware and software at client sites.
•Customer-facing experience, including reporting and presenting to all levels of the organization.
•Experience working in environments with large, concentrated asset deployments, including networking and Fiber.
•Ability to lift at least 50 lbs waist high to replace components on server stacks.
