Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement a Transaction Monitoring program aligned to risk identification, including automated risk programs and ensuring operational health of the PULSE network.
  • •Act as the primary liaison between technical data teams and non-technical stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, and the Executive Board.
  • •Partner with Data Engineering to design and optimize risk data architecture for accurate, structured risk decisioning and advanced analytics.
  • •Advise product and business teams on risk implications of new data strategies, alternative data sources, and emerging technologies.
  • •Conduct data-driven investigations and root-cause analyses, translating complex findings into risk mitigation strategies and executive reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 149,800 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field plus at least 6 years of data analytics experience, or a Master’s degree plus at least 4 years of data analytics experience (with degree expected by the start date).
  • •At least 4 years of experience performing professional data analysis work.
  • •At least 4 years of experience with programming (plus preferred experience with Python, R, Spark, or SQL).
  • •At least 1 year of experience in people management.
  • •At least 1 year of experience with Tableau, plus proficiency utilizing and developing within AWS services (preferred).
