Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager in delivering projects on time, within quality standards, and efficiently.
  • •Establish project governance, processes, and systems; ensure key information is shared and retained appropriately.
  • •Maintain issues/actions logs; attend status meetings and support follow-up and close-out of open items.
  • •Contribute to monthly reporting and prepare reports for multiple audiences, including executive dashboards.
  • •Support procurement, supplier performance management, risk management (risk register), cost tracking/EVM, and change control; oversee contractor activities for schedule/site conditions/safety/budget compliance.

Salary: USD 70,000 - 100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years professional experience in project controls or administration.
  • •Experience coordinating in the construction industry (project coordination or administrative role preferred).
  • •BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or a related field (relevant experience considered in lieu of degree).
  • •Strong collaboration/relationship-building skills and excellent communication/presentation skills.
  • •Expert in Microsoft and Google Suite, especially Excel; willingness to work onsite 5 days/week.
