•Complete daily audits and update quality attributes for outbound functions.
•Collaborate with training and development to identify and execute training and communication.
•Communicate knowledge and process/skill gaps discovered through inspections.
•Uphold company brand standards and collaborate with QC and Training Lead and the Outbound team to drive total quality management.
