Drive sales of disposable products and related services across an assigned territory for image-guided therapy devices. Stay current on new and upcoming product offerings and collaborate with Clinical Specialists, Market Development Managers, and a Regional Sales Manager to meet development and launch goals. Build relationships with hospital/clinic stakeholders, uncover new expansion opportunities, and manage account utilization, business planning, budgeting, and expense reporting.

•Achieve sales targets for applicable disposable products and services in the assigned territory to support revenue and market position growth.
•Monitor new products and upcoming offerings in the assigned subject area.
•Manage activity, development, and product launch goals with Clinical Specialist partners and Market Development Managers, building clinical acumen and sales leadership through collaboration.
•Partner with hospital/clinic customer contacts to discover new opportunities for product expansion.
•Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager and the Training Department to develop skills and execute territory plans.

Salary: USD 194,750 - 305,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience with a successful track record in customer relationship and account management within the industry segment.
•BA or BS in Business or a similar field (or equivalent education/experience).
•Strong clinical and technical knowledge to confidently engage key partners and present value propositions.
•Ability to effectively manage assigned accounts, driving utilization, customer relationship management, problem resolution, business planning, budgeting, and expense reporting.
•Ability to perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements for this Sales position.
