Job Summary

Serve as an HR Generalist within Employee Experience, supporting HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle for teams across the Americas. Partner with Business Talent and EX teams to address people matters, advise managers and employees, and help plan cyclical talent programs. Collaborate with COEs and functional experts on investigations and HR projects, use HR data to spot trends and KPIs, and maintain accurate HR records in Workday.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Business Talent teams as a key HR point of contact to support the Employee Experience/People strategy and resolve people matters.
•Intake, analyze, and execute plans to address a broad range of employee matters, collaborating with EX partners as needed.
•Advise and coach managers and employees, helping the workforce gain skills to operate effectively as the business scales.
•Partner with EX Centers of Expertise to plan, manage, and support cyclical programs (e.g., performance management, compensation reviews, talent reviews, employee listening).
•Maintain and update HR data accurately in Workday and track KPIs/metrics to identify trends and inform proactive planning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 157,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-moving, high-growth global companies.
•Deep experience across 4+ HR functional areas (e.g., HRBP, Compensation, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Talent Management).
•Strong knowledge of core HR disciplines including HR Operations, Compensation/Benefits, Recruiting, Employee Relations, Talent Management, and Organization Design/Change.
•Ability to use data to influence leaders, including headcount planning, attrition analytics, and employee survey results.
•BA/BS in an HR-related field (MA/MS preferred).
