Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic)

Maintain and repair a variety of customer and company-owned heavy equipment and aerial lifts at the Fort Myers rental facility. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel issues using real-time work order and service interval data, manage parts and documentation, and support equipment pickup and delivery. Work Monday–Friday with overtime eligibility and possible on-call scheduling, while participating in year-round OEM training and ensuring safe job practices.
