•Design and run the company’s leadership meetings, all-hands, and quarterly planning cycles, continuously improving alignment systems.
•Lead cross-functional special projects spanning Product, Go-To-Market, and Operations from scoping through completion.
•Prepare board decks, investor updates, and executive communications with clarity and precision.
•Define and track company-wide OKRs and use data to surface where the company is off track, identifying and closing organizational gaps.
