Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee timely, compliant delivery of maintenance and response works under statutory and MoD Mandatory requirements.
  • •Direct suitable qualified operatives to tasks and ensure appropriate equipment and resources are available.
  • •Monitor supply chain service delivery to achieve Key Performance Indicators.
  • •Review risk assessments and ensure tasks are recorded against assets in the CAFM system, with progress and documentation completed.
  • •Ensure compliance with Legionella and Asbestos management plans (including acting as Responsible Person when required) and project-manage M&E tasks from inception to completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold an HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • •Demonstrate strong IT skills and experience managing multi-site hard FM subcontractors.
  • •Have relevant M&E qualifications and a background suited to reactive maintenance environments.
  • •Ensure compliance through appropriate Health and Safety standards and policies.
  • •Hold a full UK driving licence and be able to pass SC Clearance.
