Job Summary

Oversee the effective, compliant delivery of maintenance and response works across Dale Barracks and additional nearby sites. You’ll direct qualified operatives, manage multi-site hard FM subcontractors, drive KPI performance through supply chain service delivery, and ensure accurate asset/task recording in the CAFM system. You’ll also manage risk assessments, support Legionella and Asbestos compliance, and project-manage M&E activities from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee timely, compliant delivery of maintenance and response works under statutory and MoD Mandatory requirements.
•Direct suitable qualified operatives to tasks and ensure appropriate equipment and resources are available.
•Monitor supply chain service delivery to achieve Key Performance Indicators.
•Review risk assessments and ensure tasks are recorded against assets in the CAFM system, with progress and documentation completed.
•Ensure compliance with Legionella and Asbestos management plans (including acting as Responsible Person when required) and project-manage M&E tasks from inception to completion.

Salary: GBP 32,000 - 38,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Hold an HNC (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
•Demonstrate strong IT skills and experience managing multi-site hard FM subcontractors.

•Ensure compliance through appropriate Health and Safety standards and policies.
•Hold a full UK driving licence and be able to pass SC Clearance.
