Key Responsibilities

  • •Communicate and liaise with the UK Ground and Water project team, including project managers and directors.
  • •Undertake bid preparation, resource, and budget development.
  • •Manage hydrogeological data and develop hydrogeological conceptual models and interpretations.
  • •Develop source–pathway–receptor linkages and risk assessment modelling for hydrogeological risk assessments and quantitative risk assessments for contaminated land and landfill.
  • •Prepare and review factual and interpretive reports, including ownership for technical, quality, schedule, and budget aspects and oversight of junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Postgraduate qualification (MTech, MSc and or PhD) in hydrogeology or a hydrogeological discipline.
  • •Chartership with an appropriate geoscience organisation.
  • •10+ years of industry experience is desirable.
  • •Experience in UK environmental consulting is desirable.
  • •Understanding of the land contamination and regulatory regime within the UK and risk-based approach to land contamination assessment.
