Key Responsibilities

  • •Own North America internal communications end to end, including strategy, narrative, formats, delivery, and measurement.
  • •Lead global, company-wide internal communications initiatives and projects reaching employees globally.
  • •Create content and experiences through events (including narratives), comms campaigns, video, and written content.
  • •Put processes, tools, and channels in place to drive dialogue and engagement.
  • •Partner with NA leaders and use data and feedback to continuously raise the bar for internal communications.

Salary: USD 195,000 - 260,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant internal communications experience, ideally in a high-growth environment.
  • •Owned internal communications for a region or comparable scope, including end-to-end responsibility for company-wide projects.
  • •Excellent written and verbal English skills with strong storytelling and narrative development.
  • •Experience designing internal events and moments from narrative through delivery.
  • •Comfort operating independently across time zones while managing ambiguity and complex topics.
