Key Responsibilities

  • •Acts as the main contact point for MCC, Development and Planning Engineers, and QA to assimilate, deliver and follow up on day-to-day maintenance tasks for the Line Maintenance team.
  • •Leads a team of engineers and technicians to perform maintenance work and rectify defects using various sources and inputs, within approved authority.
  • •Supervises 3rd Party Service Level Agreements to ensure tasks are performed by trained and licensed personnel.
  • •Ensures safety measures and procedures are followed and coordinates transfers to Base Maintenance Hangar for heavy maintenance.
  • •Reviews operational status reports daily to ensure timely, cost-effective task execution and keeps MCC updated with plan changes.

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years in Line or Base Maintenance, with 3 years in maintenance supervision and 2 years leading teams
  • •Holder of an EASA/GCAA Aircraft Maintenance License; corresponding license; A320 type-rating an advantage
  • •Project Management certificate or proven equivalent working experience
  • •Very good English and ability to obtain UAE Driver's License
  • •Experience in supervising 3rd Party SLA execution and ensuring compliance with GCAA regulations
