Senior Project Manager - Data Centers / Due Diligence

Lead multidisciplinary due diligence programs for major data center projects across North America, guiding clients from site identification and acquisition through feasibility, technical assessments, permitting strategy, and development readiness. Serve as day-to-day trusted advisor and client representative, coordinate specialist consultants, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones, and synthesize findings into executive-level reporting to support investment decisions and business development.
