Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to CDE discovery sessions and implement required metadata fields, permissions, folder structures, workflows, and processes.
  • •Manage user accounts, invitations, and security groups for the CDE system.
  • •Support development of information standards, including defining CDE requirements and creating naming conventions.
  • •Monitor document compliance through workflows, oversee workflow progress, resolve blockers, and provide progress and ad-hoc reporting.
  • •Conduct system audits (file naming, storage locations, and user access) and act as the main point of contact for CDE queries, including delivering training for users and super users.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of document controller experience.
  • •Understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in the context of information management and document control.
  • •Experience contributing to project or programme information standards, including CDE requirements and naming conventions.
  • •Understanding of ISO 19650 standards (particularly Part 2) and how it impacts information management and document control.
  • •Administrator-level experience with at least one CDE/EDMS system (Autodesk Forma, Aconex, ViewPoint, Asite, or Dalux), plus advanced Microsoft Office skills.
