Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas - Green Room Server

Assist bands and other contracted talent by providing food and beverage service in the green room at Brooklyn Bowl. Set up and maintain the green room for each shift, including stocking items, preparing scheduled meals, keeping areas clean, and supporting guest experience from arrival to departure. Ensure compliance with Health Code and Alcohol Regulations, manage menu/special knowledge, and accurately take and process orders using POS.
