Key Responsibilities

  • •Maximize equipment availability and reliability, by being effective at repairs and maintenance.
  • •Keep daily planning on track by communicating priorities, progress, and risks; adapt as needed with stakeholder input.
  • •Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and statuses.
  • •Collaborate with Management, and Technicians, to establish and complete priority activities and maintenance schedules.
  • •Support Continuous Improvement of equipment and maintenance program.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in electro-mechanical/mechatronics with an Associate degree, Technical or Automotive Certification, Military Technical training, or 6+ years relevant experience
  • •Preferred: Thin Films Hi-Vac and related manufacturing equipment
  • •Control systems integration experience desirable
  • •LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement background a plus
  • •Proficiency in MS Outlook 365; SAP or similar ERP system experience preferred
