Key Responsibilities

•Manage and oversee sales executives and conduct regular one-on-one reviews to assess performance, provide feedback, and support professional development.
•Collaborate with Freight Forwarding leadership to develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with organizational objectives.
•Establish KPIs for the sales team and monitor performance against these metrics.
•Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth for all freight forwarding products, targeting global, regional, and transaction accounts.
•Act as a player/coach by actively participating in sales activities while providing leadership and coaching to the sales team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 178,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BS/BA degree in Business or a related field.
•Minimum of eight years of experience in sales management in a B2B environment.
•Proven experience managing sales teams.
•Strong analytical skills and experience managing analytically rigorous programs.
•Experience in Freight Forwarding or similar logistics/supply chain sales is preferred.
