Job Summary

Lead development of advanced low observable antennas, ultra-wideband phased arrays, and related RF systems for high‑visibility defense programs. Provide technical leadership across design, modeling, verification, and manufacturing, mentor engineers, collaborate with systems engineering, and translate system needs into antenna requirements while coordinating with program stakeholders. Primarily onsite in McKinney, TX with flexible in‑office hours.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership on the design, modeling, realization, and verification of advanced Low Observable antennas, conformal apertures, ultra-wideband phased arrays, and passive RF structures.
•Provide technical solutions to antenna/sensor applications (radar, electronic warfare, electronic attack, electronic support measures, communications, geolocation, direction finding).
•Lead design teams through architecture trades, EM analysis, LO strategy development, and integration of antenna, RCS, structural, and thermal requirements.
•Use full‑wave EM tools (HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi, X‑Patch) to model performance, RCS, aperture interactions, and airframe‑coupled effects.
•Work hands-on with Operations and Test personnel to fabricate prototypes and support manufacturing and qualification.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of eight (8) years of RF engineering experience including Radar Cross Section (RCS) modeling, prediction, measurement, or reduction; design, fabrication, and test of conformal antennas, phased array apertures, or RF passive components; and ultra-wideband phased array development.
