Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize plant performance by evaluating process efficiencies, conducting time and capacity studies, and improving labor and equipment utilization.
  • •Lead process improvement initiatives using A3 problem-solving, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping to eliminate waste and reduce production costs.
  • •Train, coach, and mentor plant personnel on lean practices and continuous improvement methodologies to drive sustained change.
  • •Assist in evaluating and implementing new equipment and technologies, and use Microsoft Office Suite and SAP for documentation, analysis, and performance tracking.
  • •Support root cause analysis and corrective action planning, maintain SOPs/standardization and visual management, and deliver updates and strategic reports to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field plus 2+ years of relevant manufacturing or industrial engineering experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and A3 problem-solving preferred.
  • •Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • •Must be a self-starter with a high level of accountability and the ability to work independently or in team settings.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
