•Keep licenses active and uphold hygiene standards and health and safety protocols.
•Support inclusiveness, teamwork, and Sephora standards to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 27.6 hourly

Key Requirements

•Maintain an active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where services are performed.
•1-3 years’ experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or service environment.
•Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, trends, and techniques.
•Deliver personalized client service and build lasting relationships.
•Be a collaborative team player who can learn and share product knowledge; physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
