Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent customer service at the branch as the first contact point in a warm and caring manner.
  • •Understand customer needs, ask appropriate questions, and direct customers to the right area to fulfill their requests.
  • •Handle requests and enquiries, address dissatisfaction, and escalate appropriately to minimize complaints.
  • •Help detect, deter, and protect against financial crime by applying policies and procedures and identifying risks/issues promptly.
  • •Support Customer Service Manager when required, assist branch operational duties, and help improve counter service/queue management.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent in English and/or Cantonese is required.
  • •Fluent in Hindu, Urdu, and/or Nepali.
  • •Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a detail-oriented, patient, positive, and adaptable approach.
  • •Previous customer service experience is highly recommended.
  • •Front office retail banking experience is advantageous (not required) and interest in learning the banking industry is preferred.
