Key Responsibilities

  • •Pass LOTO training and inspect machines for proper guarding at the start of each shift.
  • •Identify machine priority, verify proper cycle times, and ensure material loading systems are not behind at shift start and after breaks.
  • •Check grinders and hydraulic oil level/temperature at shift start and after every break.
  • •Perform PMs, complete PM work orders, and make minor machine adjustments/repairs to correct quality issues.
  • •Handle changeovers/startup equipment, record machine issues, submit downtime reports, and report parts used for timely replacements.

Key Requirements
