Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in daily sourcing operations including business demand matching, progress tracking, and regular reporting.
  • •Support bidding/RFX inquiry and procurement negotiations for routine and incremental projects, including supplier business docking.
  • •Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle activities such as new contract signing, renewal, revision, and asset transaction arrangement.
  • •Coordinate global/regional project quotation work by tracking supplier responses and aligning internal technical, product, and account teams to close projects.
  • •Maintain price verification documents, ensure compliance with company systems/industry specifications, and support cost accounting/TCO analysis with business data maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related majors.
  • •Basic business literacy and an understanding of sourcing, procurement, vendor management, and contract management fundamentals.
  • •Familiar with basic office and supply chain tools to support data sorting, progress tracking, report preparation, and RFX initiation with guidance.
