Own the vision, strategy, and execution for Vault, Harvey’s document and knowledge management platform powering how legal professionals use AI. Lead cross-functional teams to build secure file management, AI-enabled search and Q&A, document extraction, sharing across workspaces, and enterprise integrations with systems like iManage, SharePoint, and Dropbox. Set KPIs, drive roadmap decisions with customer insights, and mentor product peers as the product org scales.

•Define and own the Vault product vision and roadmap, balancing customer needs with long-term platform investment.
•Drive end-to-end product development with engineering, design, AI/ML, and go-to-market to ship and iterate features.
•Partner deeply with engineering leadership to make technical and architectural decisions and ensure scalable, secure, high-performance systems.
•Champion customer needs by collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, and Legal Product Specialists to remove adoption barriers.
•Lead enterprise integrations strategy and define success metrics for Vault adoption, engagement, and value realization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 177,700 - 266,500 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years at a Staff or Senior PM level at a high-growth technology company.
•Proven track record owning and scaling complex platform/infrastructure products in enterprise SaaS, document management, knowledge management, or data-intensive domains.
•Strong technical acumen to partner with engineering on system design, distributed systems, data pipelines, and retrieval architectures.
•Experience building products that handle sensitive data with robust security, compliance, and access control requirements.
•Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders from engineers to executives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
