Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive the end-to-end EIT tools and solutions roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • •Manage IT solution projects, prioritization, budget, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
  • •Act as the primary liaison between the R&D division and GIS/EIT and other IPC groups, gathering cross-functional requirements.
  • •Execute and track Continuous Improvement Processes (CIPs) to optimize EIT system performance and usability.
  • •Lead and facilitate change management initiatives for EIT activities and system upgrades, including training and user adoption.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • •Strong understanding of EIT systems, GIS/EIT architectures, and solution prioritization frameworks.
  • •Proven track record driving change management and rolling out new tools across large organizations.
  • •Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
